Some pics of the last few weeks

Here's the view of the new hwy. It's so nice and smooth and way better then having to drive over the mountain.

This is the bethel in Santo domingo. The grounds are so pretty. It's like stepping into a little paradise.

Our tour group. Sister from Utah, Our tour guide, Tori, Hannah, Me, Nikea and Lacey was taking the picture.

The sisters favorite room we were told. :)
Just in case you can't read the sign:
If you do not know how to play the piano, please do not use it. Thanks you
Hehehe
This was the library on site. One half English and the other Spanish. So many cool books in here.
Sample kingdom halls. Ours is the one with the roof off.

Dinning room
awww stuff from home. It smelled like Canada. The brother giving the tour said this is how they know Canada exists
Mechanics shop
This is what makes all the water on site drinkable. Kinda made it hard to flush the toilet once you found out you were flushing drinkable water.
Me, Hannah, Nikea, lacey at the assembly hall next door.
Olives and grapes. I guess these are the only olive trees on the island.

This is a painting of a prison in Santo Domingo. I guess the brother in the painting was in this jail for preaching and now he preached in front of it.
So here is Levi all loaded up getting ready to head to Cabarete. He said it was one of the best road trips he has ever had on a bike.
Man do i feel old. I guess it was senior tour, ages 30 and up!!!!!!!!!! But i guess there were some pretty big names there.

So finally i have my salon up and running. It might not be completely ready hence the pipe hanging out of the bottom because the big pipe on the outside of the house is gone, but it works. It's funny though cause i've been without a real chair for so long that i keep forgetting that it moves. I find myself all slunched over and wondering why my back hurts.
My jewelry display

Just a typical day in service

Wow look at the time i gotta go.
